LCEC Programs LCEC is a non governmental organization which runs programs in the following key areas: education, public health, environmental conservation, and economic empowerment. These four programs are further divided into subprograms as indicated below. 1. Education This program has six subprograms which include the Laikipia children hope and care center, sponsorship program, bicycle project for schools, sanitary towels for adolescent girls, and peer education.....read more 2.
